How It Works

1. Reserve Your Beef
Give us a call to reserve your whole, half, or quarter beef. Beef is currently priced at $3.50 per pound live weight.

2. Choose Your Processor
Select your preferred processor. Processing fees are separate and paid directly to the processor. We're happy to recommend processors in our area if needed.

3. Customize Your Cuts
Work directly with the processor to choose how you'd like your beef cut, packaged, and labeled.

4. We'll Deliver Your Beef
We'll deliver your animal to the processor, and they'll contact you when your freezer-ready beef is ready for pickup.

5. Enjoy the Difference
Fill your freezer with premium, farm-raised Akaushi beef and enjoy knowing exactly where your food comes from.
